Here are some photos of the house in Provincetown....

This is the front door as seen from Atkins Lane, which is more of a path
than a street, although cars can and do travel on it. It's mostly
used as a path by people walking to Commercial St. or the bay.
There's actually another "front door" too--you'll see it in the next pictures,
but this is the main door.

...the front of the house as you walk up Atkins from Commercial St. We're the first house
on the right--actually there are only two houses with addresses on Atkins. The driveway
can fit two cars.

...approaching the house from Bradford St. At the end of the road and just across Commercial is the bay,
which is just a few steps from the house. The pile of brush in the foreground has been cleared!

The living room, which is to the right as you enter. We'll have the house
fully furnished by mid-May.

The living room as you look toward the front of the house. It's actually a pretty big room--
the full depth of the house .

The living room fireplace.

The dining room, as you look toward the front of the house. It's on the left as you come in
the front door. Off the dining room is the house's one full bath--not a convenient
location, so we'll probably set up this room as an all-purpose room, for bikes, etc., and set up
a dining table in the living room. The bathroom is very basic--a 70s renovation with a stall
shower.
The stairs are not an optical illusion--they're quite steep!

The kitchen as you enter from the dining room. These are the previous owner's furnishings;
it's a bit more spare now.

Another view of the kitchen. We plan to have a new dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer & dryer
(the latter are currently in the kitchen) prior to rental.

The screened porch off the kitchen, as we found it. The brush
has been cleared, and it's set up with a round, teak table and four chairs.

The small backyard/patio. This will be cleaned up (and made more attractive) in time for rental.

The master bedroom, as we found it. It's quite large, while the other two rooms upstairs are small.
This is officially a two-bedroom house, but there are a total of three rooms upstairs
that can serve as bedrooms. Also upstairs is a half-bath. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures
of the other two bedrooms or half bath, but I will in a few weeks after I return to Ptown to work on the house.

From the master bedroom looking out into the upstairs hallway.

Looking from the back of the lot, out the driveway toward the street.
We'll have the driveway ready for two cars.

Looking up toward the center of town from Commercial St. and Atkins Lane.
St. Mary's Church is on the left. The steeple, I believe, is the School House Gallery.

The beach at the end of Atkins Lane, just a few steps from the house. This is Provincetown Bay.
